I knew I was going on a trip for about a week. Before I left I did a quick nutrient change at full strength and raised the lights a few inches (or to the max height for my shelves).
When I returned home I found this:

The solution is simple: Move the tomato plants outside and shuffle the peppers to make more room.
Here is what the peppers look like now:

The next step for indoor plants is to “harden” them… that’s just getting them used to being outside. Another post to come on that topic.
