I have picked a few cherry tomatoes as they ripened but they never made it indoors. I ate them right in the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today was the first time that I brought a bunch of tomatoes into the house.  They are pretty ripe but perhaps could stand to be a few days riper.  The reason that I chose to pick them now is I noticed that something is stealing the ripe ones and leaving them half eaten next to the plant.  My buddy says that&#8217;s the kind of thing that racoons do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m pretty sure that all of these are the &#8220;glacier&#8221; variety pretty much by the process of elimination.  They aren&#8217;t cherry tomatoes (I planted 2 varieties of them) and they arent beefsteak either.  These are a medium sized tomato with a shape similar to a roma.
